Need help with some coding of a WordPress theme

Need help with coding a WordPress theme. It's quite simple.
I have a .PSD, and all that are needed is - Front page, page template full width, page template w sidebars. I got the PSD files and descriptions. It gonna be released as a free WP theme for small businesses.

It's kinda urgent :)
